The Software License Agreement describes all your rights, privileges, and restrictions when using Street Guide Digital Edition or Thomas Guide Digital Edition. The Copy Restrictions section has important information regarding the use of the printed output of Street Guide Digital Edition or Thomas Guide Digital Edition that we want to clarify.

The relevant section states:

All maps derived from use of the Software must include the Rand McNally or Thomas Bros. Maps copyright notice as appropriate. Duplication of maps derived from the Software is permitted solely for use by the Licensee and not for resale. The quantity of duplication may not exceed 250 copies and/or impressions of a single map unless a separate copyright release statement is obtained from Rand McNally or Thomas Bros. Maps. Contact the Licensing Administrator at (800) 899-6277 to obtain further information about copyright releases.

All maps derived from use of the Software must include the Rand McNally or Thomas Bros. Maps copyright notice.

The copyright notice must appear on all your printed maps. If you use standard printing procedures, this notice appears automatically. If you put map displays into other programs for displaying or printing, you must add the copyright notice, "© 2004 Rand McNally" or "© 2004 Thomas Bros. Maps."

Duplication of maps derived from the Thomas Bros. Maps Software is permitted solely for use by the Licensee and not for resale.

The maps derived from the software may not be resold. If you wish to sell the maps, please contact Thomas Bros. Maps at (800) 899-6277.

The quantity of duplication may not exceed 250 copies and/or impressions of a single map unless a separate copyright release statement is obtained from Thomas Bros. Maps.

You may duplicate up to 250 copes of any single map in any 30-day period. If you wish to print more than 250 copies of any single map in any 30-day period, please contact Thomas Bros. Maps at (800) 899-6277.
